Wedding Plans

As a basic plan for your wedding day coverage you will receive in all options the following:

• The use of the latest professional equipment, including "misties" soft focus and other special effect filters that are taken routinely where appropriate and if desired;

• Photos at the bride's home or other accommodation, the wedding ceremony, family shots, the bridal party and the couple in a park, gardens &/or beach, cake-cutting, toasting and general reception shots. Plus any other special request photographs;

Individual table shots of all guests with the bride & groom during the reception is a very popular extra.  Although not the norm, John is also prepared to stay the whole evening and capture speeches, throwing the bouquet, dancing etc;

• In addition to the formal shots, you also receive lots of fun, spontaneous, casual photos of the bridal party and guests;

• For a film package, between 160 - 280 full size, colour corrected, quality prints (not proofs), all for you to keep;

For a digital package - 200 full size, colour corrected, quality prints (not proofs) and up to 400 digital images on CD

• To provide you with complete flexibility, John also provides the optional extra of a wide range of top quality, hand crafted albums either through Albums Australia* or Timeless Albums, available in leather, suede or vinyl. Each album is custom made to your special needs and represents the very best and latest in fashion, design and style. If required John offers advice and assistance on the planning of your album layout and its assembly;  and

• Negatives and or digital images are both available as options.  An additional CD containing all your wedding images is also available.

Wedding Prices:

Digital packages commence at only $950.  For this you will receive all of the services listed under the Wedding section, plus 200 colour corrected 6" x 4" prints and up to 400 images on a CD.  New range of Timeless Wedding Photo Albums for digital images are now also available - prices dependent on album chosen.

Film (negatives) package - for just $1295, John will provide all of the services listed under the Wedding section, including ALL of the prints taken on the day, colour corrected by a professional lab, in the very large format size of 15 x 20 cm or 6 x 8.5". These extra large prints are great for viewing, plus they fit straight into an album or a frame and will therefore save you the usual (hidden) extra enlargement costs and hassles.  Sepia and Black & White ‘highlights’ packages are also available and other options such as John staying the whole evening or special table shots are also available.  Maximum price for all extra’s is just $1800.

Family Portraits:

Family portraits are a great idea, but can sometimes be difficult to arrange.  Organizing everybody, especially trying to find a suitable time for young children, driving to the studio, etc. So you just never seem to get around to it. John has discovered through experience that by coming to your home, the whole drama of a family portrait  is made considerably easier, plus the results have a more natural feel.  Children are more comfortable in their home environment, and photos can be taken in favourite spots and/or with beloved toys.  No need to drive anywhere and the only waiting that takes place is in your own living room, so adults are more comfortable and relaxed too.  Even for those who aren’t keen on having their photo taken (of which there are always a few :).

The following are included in every family portrait sitting:

• Professional photography at your home or other location of your choice and any special request photographs;
• The use of natural light where possible to reflect the natural setting, plus the use of special effect filters to add a creative dimension, are taken routinely where appropriate and if desired;
• You receive quite a bit more than a single family portrait as John will encourage you to choose any variety of combinations of portraits; the whole family, individuals, couples, children, grandparents, even the pets;  and
• You will receive between 20 to 30 full size quality prints (not proofs), in the very large format size of 15 x 20cm or 6 x 8.5" all for you to keep. This size will fit straight into an album or frame. An enlargement of your choice is also included. Total price only $250.
